Come learn and celebrate the Art of Homebrewing!! We will be hosting a classic Big Brew at Carl’s House on May 14th, all grain mash in time starts at 10am. We hope to also have demonstrations of people brewing: Extract, Steeping or Partial mash, Brew in a Bag, maybe mead? or other traditional brewing methods. We will also have the “Wave of Beer” club tap system hooked up that day so bring your homebrew if you would like to share. All food side dished are welcome too, we are planning on serving simple Grill/BBQ foods.

Actually Brewing on at the Big Brew is a good way to have some Summer Party beer ready in time. Sign up at the next club meeting or with Carl [email protected] about being one of the brewers that day and what type of process you will be brewing with.
