Oktoberfest in July? You betcha! Join us for the first of our big parties of the year and bring your best German Potato Salad – we’ll have an informal competition to find the best of the bunch. Don’t forget to brew some beer for it, too! This is YOUR party, so do your part to make it awesome – please volunteer for anything from set-up, food prep, and cooking, to front gate duty and clean-up. CLUB MEETING @ CCHBS: AUGUST 16TH, 7PM – PORTER
Brown, robust, and sometimes, even Baltic! We’ll get down with less-than-black beer once again – expect to enjoy all shades of flavor and aroma – from mild roastiness, toffee, and caramel, to deep chocolate darkness, licorice, and dried fruit.
