Pacific Brewers Cup Entires due Saturday, Aug 31
OK folks, time is running out to get your entries ready for the 2013 Pacific Brewers Cup. Entries are due by Noon, this Saturday, August 31st. This year, Long Beach Homebrewers, are proud to present this 17th annual homebrew event. The competition rotates each year between Long Beach, Pacific Gravity and the Strand Brewers Club.
Because the Culver City shop is temporarily closed, you will need to take your entries down to the South Bay Brewing Supply at 1311 Post Ave in Torrance, or Eagle Rock Home Brewing Supply at 4981 Eagle Rock Blvd.
The competition will be held September 14, 2013 at Smog City Brewery in Torrance. This year’s the Best of Show winner will have the opportunity to brew their beer at Ohana Brewing Company. We are looking for BJCP certified judges to help with the competition. You can register to help out on-line by filling out our registration form, or by contacting the Judge Director, Mike Froehlich. Apprentice judges and stewards are also welcome to assist and need no formal qualifications.
