Deadline for Pacific Brewers Cup is Sept 9th

The entry deadline for Pacific Brewers Cup is rapidly approaching.  Entries are due at the close of business on Friday, September 9^th at any of the home brew shops listed below.

Some of you may have encountered problems with the registration site.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  Our web administrator had cleared out unwanted code.  Also, if you have problems with the on-line forms, you can download forms for printing here.

As we come down to the days leading up to Pacific Brewers Cup, we have a couple of exciting developments.  From the contenders for Best of Show, Tustin Brewing will be selecting a beer to be eligible for the GABF Pro-Am Competition.   All entrants who are also AHA members will automatically be eligible.  The winner gets to work with Jon Porter of Tustin Brewing to scale up the recipe for commercial production!   Depending on some last-minute negotiations, we might have one or two more Pro-Am opportunities as well.

The PBC is an American Homebrewers Association (AHA)-sanctioned homebrew competition and will use the beer style guidelines published by the Beer Judge Certification Program.  The competition is hosted on a rotating basis by the Strand Brewers’ Club, the Long Beach Homebrewers and Pacific Gravity.
