Our style of the month is Pale Ale. Double dry hopped pale ale to be exact! This is because we are happy to announce that the Pacific Gravity 25th Anniversary DDH Pale Ale will be available on tap at the brewery PLUS you can purchase it in cans to take home! Papa Joe really came through with this beer, 5.5% ABV, 45 IBU’s, dry hopped with Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka and Rakau hops! We will be selling this beer to club members for $18 per 4-pack but active members will get a 15% discount on that price.
Remember brewing beer? Remember beer styles? I realize not many folks have been brewing and we did not publish the ‘style of the month’ so for the rest of us, bring any beer you are willing to share! Hopefully some of the Octoberfest beers poured at our event will show up. We will get back to naming a ‘style of the month’ for future meetings.
We have lots to discuss…We had an actual party!…we will recap on that.
We will open our election season for nominations. We have the Pacific Brewers Cup on the horizon, plus First Friday destinations and even a chili cook-off! These are important meetings so please try to attend!
